How to hang your rings


In this post we’ll see how to hang our rings. It’s an easy process, but if we do it wrong we can fall and kiss the ground 🙂

Ring training has many benefits and is one of the best ways to build upper body strength, you can read about it in this post.

You can hang your rings from a home pul-up bar, from monkey bars, from a beam, or even from a tree branch!




Now let’s see the steps:


Pass the strap over the bar with the buckle upside down.


The inscription “PRESS” on the buckle will be upside down.

Pass the other end of the strap through the ring.






This will be the result:




Insert the end of the strap through the buckle, there’s a “FEED WEB” inscription.

Finish by pulling the strap to get the ring at the desired height*.  

*The height will depend on the exercise you’ll be doing. 

To check if everything is OK, pull forcefully on the ring to see if the strap is fixed and doesn’t slide.
